$100 Sports Voucher - cheap tennis lessons

Matt Owens Tennis School is a registered Sports Provider of the $100 Sport Voucher on offer from Office for Recreation and Sport.
This is available for primary school aged children and can only be used once a calendar year while the Government of South Australia approve it.
What does this mean?
This means that you can download the form from the below link, fill in details (including Medicare details) and give to us to use towards tennis coaching in Adelaide.
We will then claim $100 from the Government of South Australia and all you need to do is pay the balance of the term fee.
