Tennis Hot Shots is a program just for kids.  Hot Shots is broken in to different stages so there is something suitable for all children - Red Stage, Orange Stage & Green Stage.  Using  modified equipment such as balls, racquets and court size, it makes it easier for children to learn and LOVE the sport of tennis.

After progressing through the Tennis Hot Shots program our Junior Development lessons are perfect for children to continue improving consistency, technique, accuracy, power and more.

There is nothing modified in these lessons.
